The entire guesthouse and gardens in Georgetown is available to rent. Bridal party accommodations or a girls weekend away makes our guesthouse is ideal for your group of up to 40 guests.

Entire house rental includes all 15 guestrooms (5 with double sleeper sofas) with en-suite bathrooms, the parlor, welcome reception area, front P-Street patio, Room 23’s secret garden and the courtyard guesthouse gardens in the back of the house.

    • 3 Outdoor Spaces for unwinding or entertaining

    • 1 Parlor/Living Room (Shared space)

  • Full use of the guesthouse parlor, Nespresso Coffee Momento Machine and tea options

  • Full use of the three gardens; P-Street Courtyard adorned with Poppies Mural, Secret Back Gardens and the Personal Patio adjoining to Room 23 complete with dining table and solo stove.

  • Optional BBQ use with or without grilling packages - talk to John!

  • Mini-Fridges in all guestrooms

  • All guestrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

  • 2 x Guestrooms with oversized Kohler soaking tubs

  • Wall-mounted flat-screen televisions in all guestrooms

  • Borrow cupboard stocked with items you may have left behind

  • Ironing facilities in case you need to refresh your threads (steamers too)

  • Crib options available for babies under 3 years.

  • Accessible rooms are not available at The Poppy Georgetown, however there are two rooms on the street level with minimal step access.

  • House may be rented with or without daily housekeeping services.

  • Pet Friendly accommodations with Rose Park close-by for walks

  • Walking distance to M St., Wisconsin Ave., Dumbarton House, The Kennedy Center and the Georgetown Waterfront.
